Understanding the field to facilitate intervention and increase impact
For communication to be established efficiently and in a structured manner, it is essential to map and identify key actors and opportunities for action, in addition to building and strengthening bonds of trust between the organizations involved - considering the diversity of perspectives and the experience of each of them to enhance their actions within collective objectives.
With over 10 years of experience, we have strengthened our presence in political spaces through the articulation and joint formation of agendas aimed at influencing public policies related to sustainable development and tackling climate emergencies. Our work has already contributed significantly to public consultations for the reduction of urban emissions at the national level and, at the municipal level, by directly influencing the elaboration of the Climate Action Plan of the Municipality of São Paulo 2020-2050 (PlanClima SP). We have also designed and coordinated projects that reached the five Brazilian regions.
When knowledge becomes transformative strategies
Our work is based on sophisticated analyses, field interviews, research and the development of strategies that build consensus, direct and enhance collective efforts in the transition of urban and food systems to more sustainable systems.
These diagnoses support the pillars of Communication and Articulation, helping to identify challenges and opportunities for action. They also facilitate the work processes of the organizations involved and provide a structured environment for carrying out assertive actions and campaigns aligned with solid objectives.
In this context, we act as a focal point. We govern the network's activities and enable each actor to play their role within the collective and be an agent of the transformations we seek.
